Prerequisites

Must be a financial member of the toowoomba Judo Club Inc.

Must be a financial member of the Australian Judo Union Inc.

Must have successfully completed the Toowoomba Judo Club's "Introduction to Judo Orange Belt" course

Or

Is assessed by the club's Senior Instructor as competent to fullfil the standards of the Australian Judo Union requirements for Orange Belt

Must own and wear a suitable judo suit.  (Judo Suits can be purchased from the club via the "Shop" module of this website.

The Intermediate Judo - Green Belt Course is an 8 week course consisting of 2 x 60 minute classes each week.

The course cover the requirements of the Australian Judo Union grading syllabus for the rank of of Green belt.  At the end of the course all participants will undergo a grading examination for the rank of Green belt.  All participants who successfully complete the course and pass the final grading examination will be eligible to enrol into the Introduction for Judo - Blue Belt course.
